NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK
Saint Peter's 81-acre North Industrial Park was developed in 2003 to invite development of a medical corridor and light industry.
LOCATION The Park is adjacent to the Saint Peter Community Hospital and the Benedictine Living Community of Saint Peter (a long-term care center). It is located in the northernmost part of Saint Peter, less than a mile from U.S. Highway 169.
ASSETS For medical-related businesses, proximity of hospital and health care center adds value. Financial incentives make development costs attractive. Utilities are provided to the lot line including water, sewer, electricity and fiber optic communications network. Paved roads carry no weight restrictions.
